PRO BONO CASEWORK

2007: K.G. v. Department of Children's Services - provided technical assistance on Americans with Disabilities
Act to mother with terminal cancer    about retaining custody of her minor children.

2006: H.B. v. Metropolitan Government of  Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee: advise family on
securing reasonable accommodation  re zoning variances to protect five year old girl with autism from running
into heavily traveled public highway.

2005-2006: P.M. v. United States Post Office:   represent adult with severe epileptic seizures
  to secure
reasonable accommodation in form of mailbox at her rural home address inorder to prevent engaging in
life-threatening  motor vehicle usage to reach rural Post Office.

2005: N.W. v. Cheatham County, Tennessee Board of Education:  represent family of ten  year old boy using
wheelchair on securing architectural barrier removal and also proper auxiliary services by nursing staff.

2005: P.B. v. Churchill Farms Homeowner's Association: advise  homeowner in wheelchair on attempts to
improve accessibility of subdivision in Maury County, Tennessee.

2005: R.W. v. Metropolitan Government of  Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee Transit Authority:
represented person with quadraplegia to secure   access to public transportation.
